There are .zip files in the files section at the main part of Ragol.co.uk, they've been there for quite a while and contain music files from PSO :S

oh looked at them, this is the entire soundtrack plus the site contains loads of other OST's like Sonic Adventure and Dead or Alive its well worth visiting.
