well first of all you have to get the sange and then the yash( or vice versa) just tell us your ID and i will tell you where you can get them.

Is synsesta oran only?And where do I get the Lavis Cannon and what is the needed level for the merge?
I don't know the level required for the merge but I know that skyly can find both the lavis cannon and syncesta. Lavis cannon is dropped by Del-Ds in Ultimate Ruins and syncesta is dropped by Baranz in Ultimate Mines. Hope that helps
If all this is true, then it seems Oran is a very good ID. Lavis Cannon, Sange AND Yasha, and maybe the fabled Olga Flow DNA. Why would you want Redria if you can have Oran.... hahahaha. Only joking.

Nope sorry, Oran can't get Sange or Yasha though they can get Lavis Cannon from Sinow Reds in Ultimate Mines.
your purplenum can get a lavis cannon on ultimate from a tallow, and he can also get a syncesta from a sinow red i think. but the lavis cannon wont cone easy it takes a lot of time to get it. and just remember that you have to have certain requirments to use certain items, like lavis cannon for instance you have to have around 900 atp. i could only use it when i got to level 100 something. and if you have 2 syncesta's you can turn the lavis cannon, into the daggers called lavis blades, and if you use another syncesta you can get the double saber type called the double cannon, but if you think that you like the first form better then you use another syncesta , and so on and so on.
it goes like this
lavis cannon + syncesta = lavis blades
lavis blades + syncesta = double cannon
double cannon + syncesta = lavis cannon
