Surprising how a HUcast can even hit anything with vulcans. Suppose that hit% comes in handy.
lol amazing how a HUcast doesnt need to use vulcans to hit things and they die quicker if you use a REAL weapon lol j/p

The lowest lvl i beat ult. mines was lvl 99 with my Huney :|
I think it was in the range of lv 92 with my HUnewearl.
I passed it at lvl 67 or so with my FOmarl a little while ago
