would say do the 4 monkey one on forest of sorrows and use thingy the ever so useless force as a decoy for being punched and heal her sometimes, but that would take some star atomisers with your racast, i guess it'd be best to just do forest of sorrow runs instead, you'd get some fairly good experiance that way also

and i guess you dont nead to be told but avoid getting hit by megid from the torr, its a really bad way to go down

You just tekked it lower than it would have gone then ;_;

The minimum you should tekk anything to is 15%, as the least you can find one with is 5% (which then can be tekked up or down by 10%).

No, thats the result after he got all percents up by 10%. He told me that he got it on the phone, and hes jealous of my Twin Brand and Delsaber Sheild. So he trying to bribe me by getting that Red Saber so good.
EIT: All percents except Machine though, That must only have gone up by 5%

If a percent is 0 it won't go up

Both your original and editted posts are incorrect.

The lowest percent you can find a weapon with is 0%. Any areas with 0% will never tekk to anything different.

If the percent is 5 or above, then it will always tekk to 10% less, 5% less, the same, 5% more or 10% more. When a weapon is tekked up 10% for example, all areas are tekked up. There is never a difference in areas tekking more or less than other areas.

Just in case you still don't understand, here is an example:

You find a special weapon with the percents: 5, 0, 50, 10.

Now, this weapon's percentages can have any of the following values when tekked:

1) -10% (-5, 0, 40, 0)
2) -5% (0, 0, 45, 5)
3) 0% (5, 0, 50, 10)
4) +5% (10, 0, 55, 15)
5) +10% (15, 0, 60, 20)

So obviously, you should always aim for number 5. Sometimes it can take a lot of tekking to get the best result, so it is advised that you save the game prior to beginning your tekking, thus allowing you to reload if it takes hundreds of attempts.
