If there are gi-gue's in the control tower, why arent they on the drop charts??? can they drop rares?

look at the drops chats for CCA they will be list there... and they will drop the same in tower...

btw TV card works and if i can go online with pso (im not at home) i make screenshots... and post them tonight...
