I dont see how anyone can hate Van Halen, they are easily one of the best bands in the world and i find their music instantly likeable. Next youll be saying you hate Iron Maiden! :S

...Oh god, why is good charlotte and green day up on tht poll? That crap isn't even considered rock, it's just like poser punk. God, it's like, as horrible as journeys, freaking life metal.

I do agree that Van halen was one of the best bands in existence, and of course among one of the most legendary along with Iron Maiden (My favorite band) and Metallica.

I also enjoy some of the newer things such as slipknot. Joey is one of the best drummers I have ever heard. I like Otep, Korn, and some harder metal that I tend to listen to, but all in all I would say Iron Maiden basically controls my music interest.

Eruption so ****ing rules. Ive been learning parts of it and I can play about half of it at full speed but takes alot of practice .

I know, ive been learning to play it for a while. I can sort of play a bit but i kind of lose my way after a bit because of the pace of it.

we have a few problems:

1. Megadeath is spelled Megadeth.

2. Fear Factory and Static-X are absent from your poll, my 2 favorite bands.

Hahaha. Tenacious D has some funny songs. As well as "I wanna fuck a dog" by Blink 182. Just heard them recently.
