I gave up on the suppresed gun after 5 love rappys but mark my words ill be ack mahahaha errrrrrr yeah so now im going to try and prbily fail at getting into ult caves. Level 78 isnt quite good enough <_<

You should be able to get to ult caves at lv 78, i got there at lv 73.

my fomar reach ult caves at around lv65 (ish) somehow
just get some really good techs and a weapon to boost em

Sil dragon's not that hard. Just stay quite close at the side of it and sort of follow it so that it can't step on you. Then when it stops ATTACK!!

and use foie, foie saves all (takes me 3 foies to knock it down i keep it up he goes under i dodge he comes up 2-3 seconds later i win!)
as long as you stop it flying up and doing his spinny thing with ice balls flying everywhere you should be allright
