rare mags have a better chance to cast powers and look cooler,
for dex=pow, the pow and dex must equal each other when the level of your mag is 100,110,120,130,etc then it will become the rare mag if all of the requirements are met
if u want a pushan well the answer is ok have a ranger must be male and oran stats have to 25 def,pow,dex and mind its not a bad mag
...now y would you want to have a mag with 25's across the board? that would sux so bad! just look on the mag section of this site and go to pushan, the charts there will explain the whole process of acheiving a rare mag and will allow you to make the stats the way you want.(its always in the format of A+B=C+D, like Power+Mind=Dex+Def) so if you have 50 defense and 50 power then you will be fine too, play with the stats, you get unlimited mags in the mines anyways so it really doesnt matter.
but balenced makes peace and this is a game of war, every extra point of damage done is used and nothing is spared for mercy, get with the program

lol, besides pushan is good and all but the mags that give invulnerablity and stuff, that would be much better then shifta/deband(pushan's special)
Pushan is a fairly good mag though
mostly for androids since they cant use shifta/deband to begin with
everybodty has their own opinions
my friend dfd is a racast and has pushan
its looks so cool
