Well I was joking earlier, I did not fully understand the question and thus the point of the topic, so I spammed something funny.

And Mikaelus, RAmarl is clearly the best ranger, the others cannot compare, really, they're good, but just not as good.

the evp makes the RAmarl dodge attacks much and it lets her give the final blow.

lets see
ramarl= pwned
racast= almost as much pwning
ramar=no pwning
racaseal= u are getting pwned by them

RAmar is the best.
