can i get rico's ring offline if i played multiplayer and beat dark falz then ryukered to pionneer then went back to where i beat dark falz?

well heres the simple awnser: no you cant get it anymore its impossable without hacking

The drop rates for both red ring and olga flow DNA are set to 0%. I don't really know why SEGA would do that, but now there are tons of hacked ones available online, unfourtunately. SEGA may change the rates in future updates, but until then there is no way to get legit versions of either item.
