Has anyone ever encountered rare Rappies in that mission, out of completing that mission four times, I have not found one.

Well, obviously people have found some...when you consider the amount of rappies in that quest. Umm..me? Only one, that was my first time through it. But then again, I've never tried to pipe Pal Rappies (Ult.) since all I can find is an Angel Harp, which is really of no use to me.
