Most of the keyboards for the gamecube are just second rate pieces of garbage you'll just have to live with. It, in most cases may not be too much of a bother for many, but for someone who types perfect english all of the time, it comes as quite a hassle. And it isn't the keyboard, it's the adapter. It's pretty stupid.

Most indefinitely so, unless you want to spend the majority of your time being silent while others talk amongst eachother rather quickly, heh.

Keyboards are not needed. You have a quick-chat menu remember... Hold R and hit Y. Heheheh.
i use it alot and the shortcut, but still there are something thats just arent n that R Y thing.. thats why you need a keyboard!
