FOmar gets a boost on range too.
FOmar is the only one who gets range on shifta, he gets it on deband aswell, i think he gets it on another but not sure
but if that's all then it doesnt matter, the increased MST and resta heal is the best

FOnewearl gets range boost on Anti and Resta. 1.3 boost on the basic techniques. (max MST 1750)
FOmar gets range boost on Shifta and Deband. 1.3 boost on the Gi-techniques. (max MST 1340) Edit: and 1.3 boost on Grants.
FOnewm has got a 1.3 boost on the Gi- and Ra-techniques. (max MST 1500)
This is all, there's nothing more special on the FOrces other than the TP regeneration ability of the Newmans.
FOmarl doesn't get the shifta boost, and as you said

if you are right Gynn Rei then the boost for basic techs that the FOnewearl gets means that resta gets a boost thus proving this whole thing we've been talking about... we arent saying you're wrong but you seem to be contradicting yourself..
