yes you can use your character from episode 1&2, though this is my first time playing.

you can move between plus and (not plus) if your character has been online because the Hunter licence is attached to him so if that character was online too bad for you :'(

im probably gonna buy pso+
but i have high lvl chars
so would i be able to use those on pso+?

did you mean that you "can't" move your characters, Heavy Arsenal? lol and its not cuz the HL is attached to the character its cuz the new game has a new serial number
