well actually someguy that was online on the X-box version had a funny looking character cause he was using a laser , and shooting level 30 tech's i know this guy and he's not a hacker

with his funny looking character he's only level 67

Hes a hacker, no mage can use level 30 grants at 67, ivan is lv 109 and could barely use with his best mag, a level or two ago.

A level 195 Mind mag, 150 mind mats and I'm sure you could. Equip a big MST increasing weapon and Bobs ya uncle (or he isn't )
