in about 20 hours of pso3ing 3 s-ranks, lods of a-ranks...ect... i have not found a new card, it is sooooooo annoying. anyone hed the same probs
Well, level 25 Offline, getting S ranks, A ranks and B ranks and when I pick cards I'm getting duplicates 99.99% of the time, and most of them are just N ranks (with N4 still popping up regularly).
Online I've recently picked up S rank cards at only Level 12 - but they have been solely Rappy cards.
Relax, take it easy, (have a Cadburys Caramel!). Although it is frustrating to have 30,000 Flowen Swords then get 2 more after winning a battle with an S rank: wouldn't the game be dull if you had everything after a few hours battle.
Mind you, it would be a lot better for me in the Ragol.co.uk league if I had access to every card going.

You've got most of the cards, that's why your not finding anything new. It's simple law of numbers. As you start collecting you get less and less chance of finding something new. If you don't have most of the cards, then your problem might be your not a high enough level. Level affects the 'normal' cards you get from a pack. So at something like lvl 20 you might to get more N3 cards and lvl 100 you might get more R1 cards. I don't know the exact figures though.
I wonder what the Nei's claw is and when you can get that..

i am clv32 offline and have 63% of all cards.it is so annoying though, like my bro lower clv,lower% of cards is finding cards like rafoie ect...
If you have 63% at CLv 32 offline that's about much as you can expect, any higher is pure luck.
Card finds are better online anyway, you need to get online and get CLv to 50+ to get much beyond 70%.
I havant found any S rank cards and im Clv 38 it sucks but iv got all 3 E rank card yay snot hard though just get sonic heros, sonic mega, and sonic DX at least i think thats the three the cards are for people who dont know sonic knuckles, beat, and hallo rappy its cool love rappy in halloween costum Paul lol's and chock ha lol but anyways its getting tedeus waiting 4 S ranks playing PSO1&2 more now again anyway so its all good :chinese:

It doesn't exist. Too bad.
And at the current level you are at, the probability of getting newer cards is alot lower, as well as the fact that you probably have a majority of the common cards. Now basically all you need to start doing is collecting the rarer cards, which come available to you at around level 40-50 online.
at last i have found 5 new cards
but no s-ranks :'(
there is a diffrence to the cards u get and ur section id
its not a major diffrence but there is one ive had every copy of ep3 relased todate
