All this must be done on the same difficulty but can be done on any. I recommend doing it on the difficulty where you have not done these quests.
Well. You have to do Episode 2 offline up to Seabed, ie kill Gal Gryphon. You also have to do certain Episode 1 quests as well. Do the quests in this order. Talk to every character you can until they start takling gibberish :p or go.
Dr. Osto's Research: At the end with Sue, tell her your name. If you met Bernie on the way, go and talk to him again.
Unsealed Door: Sue->Bernie
Waterfall Tears: Bernie
Black Paper: Sue (on Pioneer. Use (I think) Second option "What is your purpose?")-> Bernie
Knowing One's Heart: Bernie
Seek My Master: Bernie
Always look around Pioneer when you start the quests. If you see any of the characters like Sue or Bernie then talk with them until they go.
Then go online and start the Seat of the Heart quest. Just before you warp down there should be a cut-sequence showing Natasha (head of the Lab) talking to Sue and Kireek. If you don't see this then try again on a different difficulty. You've messed it up somewhere and can't do it again on that difficulty.
Reply if you see this. I will write the rest then. If you see the cut sequence then just quit that quest and post here.

O well this sucks, Xbox has hardly any quests online except Gallons Shop, the Heat Sword quest, and something else i think.... i hope they put more quests online really soon but who knows....
They should be putting up al the basic quests like all the mop-ups and nightmares soon.
And no you can't. If you tell Sue your name, you have to go along with the Ragol Ring story line. If you didn't tell Sue, then you are stuck along the Soul Eater story line.
if u switch difficulty lvls can u get the other story line?
or what if u beat all the quests, then can u do Dr.Ostos research again and give her a different answer and then just do the necesarry quests????
