weird i cant go to sou of steel i beat all the quest psoworld said that u had to beat before u can go there

you do all the quests you need to AND you MUST unlock the Ruins as well!

Just beat all the quests then maybe it will turn up
EDIT:and unlock ruins means to be able to play in ruins, eg doing mines caves forest getting the pillars lit
