I think there should be way more options for costumes and such, the HUmars have the worst set for hair I've seen. Also, the graphics should have been completely redone on GAMECUBE level instead of simply just touching up on the special effects and porting the game over with just 3 new classes and a new Episode. The graphics are nice and all but they could've done better, this is Gamecube we're talking about...it has more power than what Sonic Team has used for this game.

a pet and modify it raise its skill but also still hav a mag..

That'd be a bit Chao-esque though, isnt it? It's an idea they've included to the Sonic Adventure series.
To be fair, graphically it isnt
that bad. Given that the game isn't what you'd call 'new' anymore (not to say it's bad, it's one of the best flippin' games around :B)
With PSU in the works though, I think that all of our graphical arguments will be solved
One question though, does that game follow after PSO, or in a different plotline altogether? In addition, will there still be a character creation feature?

There should have been many more costume options with more variety of styles.
I think there should have been more weapons and each ID has all drops on that ID would be the only way to get it... and Have more rares in normal, and you could find rare mags from a monster... and you could select all of the stats or two of the stats... like POW and DEX and be choosen or all of the stats can be choosen... but the mag would also have to be able to be made so no... (0/200/0/0) mags.
I didn't understand much of what you just said...let me introduce you to my friend, the period. (.) Anyways, I like your rare MAG idea finding. That would be good to have I think. IMO, they should have added more on +.
Well like you know how Skyly can only find the Sealed-J Sword? Well make it so that all the rares Skyly finds are only findable by Skyly and same with all the other ID's.(happy? instead of ...) and more rare drops in normal so I don't get a DB saber in Hard when I already have loads of other weapons that are better.
