Ah i see Mopst of my techs are higher then lvl 20 cuase I have a pinkal char who finds all of them...... As for the unlegit comment I will say the only 1 of those I myself did'nt find was the grants and some1 gave me that.

Grants is a very hard tech to find at lvl 30 so its probably duped. and i found a Shifta lvl 20 for ya ^^

I found some lvl 20 techs like 3-4. I'll update list this afternoon

im prety sure i have some levle 20 techs ill check when i get home im at school right now ill see what i have and post back soon
