I heard that you can get a special kind of link up cable for internet connection with cable internet...I was wondering if that is true and i so...if I were to get one where abouts could I look...I mean the only decent video game store out here is Electronics Boutique...

I don't think it is considered cheating. If you have found all the stuff legit, then why not? Your are just helping your other characters. Now if you used duped items to help you new char, then it would be cheating.
