If you have a problem with a topic or mod (either personal or forum related) then please PM me, Sol or Lee (ie Admins). If you have reason to believe me or Lee moved your topic, then please PM Sol (he doesn't generally move/lock topics). If Sol says it's right then I'm afraid that's the bottom line after all. If not, we'll put it back where it was originally.
What's the point in making a clan forum that only the members of that clan can control? It wouldn't make sense to remove modding/admin power from the owners of the site, and give control to just a few clan leaders would it?
The point of the clan forums is for people who have a clan and web site who can't host a forum for some reason, for example on free Geocities. We are also providing you a service where you can get more people to see your clan than it otherwise wouldn't have got as I presume if your hosting your clan forum here, you need more members/coverage.
