It's a horribly rare item that isn't even that awesome until you somehow manage to unseal it. That is done by slaying 20 000 enemies with it or something.

I thought you took the Sealed J-Sword to the Tekker outside the bank in one of teh offline quests? I think I seen that in the guides?

You take Agito 1975 to the outside the shop tekker on Seek My Master not the sealed J
