Actually if you're a bluefall who is (or has) a force character, you have an exellent reason to pipe on hard mode! If you kill an Al rappy, you get a branch of paku paku, go to the waterfall in ruins and stand under it for some time and it will transform into the striker of chao! Thats an 11 star off hard mode, someone beat me for an easier 11 star to get!
As for redria, not much im afraid!
Basic lvl to difficulty guide:
20=on hard mode
40=on very hard mode
65=on ultimate
This can vary for different classes though...
u cant go to ultimate til lvl 80
You can go to ultimate offline as soon as you beat vhard dark falz or olga. The level requirement is only in Online mode.
Anti Hacker was giving them an idea of what sort of level you should aim to be when in those difficulties.

The level requirements dosent only apply to online, it also applies to offline multiplayer

I am piping a Hlideblue on Hard mode this Friday with my Redria, I gotta get that Durandal... or a Kaladbolg, I just hope they have it in Special Weapon format, that would make me feel as if I wasn't wasting time. I believe I obtained a Kaladbolg or was it a Durnadal from a Hlideblue with my Viridia last time. But I just figured out get a Diska of Liberator has 87.5 chance, sucks.
NOTE: Gotien, just so you know, DC versions are harder than XB and GC games, which is why my level 84 HUmar isn't going to ULT Mines till level 100.
I dont know what you mean by "special weapon format" but kaladbolg and durandal are ALWAYS rare items. Anything 9-star and above has yellow writing like a rare item (although not in upper case if its not a real rare, neither do they drop in red crades if they are only a semi rare).
Not Varistas or DB Saber's, they don't come with the "SPECIAL WEAPON" writing.
