I don't think anything too special happens when you complete both story lines, unless you've finished every quest.

Well if you complete one storyline you can enter the changing room. Doing both doesn't seem to do anything other than make yourself feel proud

1 - Nothing at all
2 - You create them at the deck edit counter
3 - Offline - complete story mode. Online - Sonic Team upload new ones occasionally.
4 - Access to the dressing room.
5 - no comment.
