It's one of the best defense barriers ever... so yes it is good...
Beware the evasion however! Many barriers/shields have higher evasion...
but DEF is better usually...
As DM said, the DFP on it is quite good. better than many other types of shields. However its EVP is not quite as good. But, it is still what I use, and it helps me a lot. So nice find.
