About 4 Mins ago, I saw FiNgAz on Again ... He said he was Banned b4, but he is using other peoples Serial Code, and Access Key, and said the SC, and AK he was using!, The Best part is, I have this all on Tape, and it is Currently on my HDD... Now, who Do I e-mail this Information/Videos? This Fecker Needs to be Stoped, he is just sucking off of other ppls Accounts ...

Agreed, he must be stopped. How about e-mailing it to sonic team at:

They always check it at customer help.

Thank you. I have just sent the E-Mail to Sonic Team, and have included snapshots of the Video I took yesterday. Thank you all for the help. I hope this will slove the "Identity Sealing" of the PSO Community.

Well, my only theroy is this:
When FiNGaZ first arrived on Deneb 09-01 he was Sonic the Hedgehog (NPC). Many people, thinking it was cool, sent him their Guild Cards. That probably gave him complete access to all the accounts he would ever need.
Actually, people give their access and serials keys to hackers such as FINGaZ because many cheaters don't go online with PSO, so they don't need them anyway.
Even if he does get banned. He'll be back.
