i was playing hard mode with my redria force and i found 2 rappy wings in one forest run...is that good?
You seem to be on a lucky day, yes... not that rappy wings are really rare, but finding two in a row is a bit unusual. They turn into a slicer weapon that seems decent (and has amusing animation and sound), if you can get a character to 470-480 ATP (I think it's requirement is somewhere in that range).

The best thing I can get from a Rappy is a Ranger Force, how do you change a wing into a fan?
go to Dr. Monotauge or whatever his name is to get it changed. How long will it take me to find a rappys wing? I want one.
Beat all quests up to Dr. Osto's Research I believe, then go to Dr. Montague inside and he will create a weapon for you from a part.
I do not remember what the drop rates are, Shadow. But I think it's around 1/128 Rag Rappy in V. Hard. Bah, I'll check later on.
Well, it beats the 1/900 for a Redria's Red Saber. I should have known, I got items figured out by Montague before.
