so i level up to 91 or 2( I hear u can get new stuff every 10 levels hence the intervals of ten let me get new items )

I wasn't talking about that, i didn't no, i was talking about probabilities, which means that in fact i belive you can get it in 87 depending on how much exp you need to lv up if you get it, if i said that you couldn't, it was cuz in the way u'll level up with the exp you get killing those govulmers.

Level has nothing to do with rare finding. At all.
