no, then people would find the rares right away and not have anything less to find in ult
If you did that rares in ult would be insanely hard to get :O

You can find enemy parts in normal atleast. I found a Booma's Right arm on the fifth Booma I ever killed
Yea and you can find Delsaber parts. The only problem is, as compared to like 1/150's in V. hard - Ult., you got 1/4000's to deal with.

Yes I know I was just saying that you're much better off hunting for such items in higher difficulties.
Left arm is the harder one to get, correct?
Neither is harder. Most have difficulty finding the Right over the Left, such as myself, but some seem to find the Right much easier to find.
Well what are the differences in the drop rates
the only difference is some IDs get right more and others get left more... otherwise same chance of getting both
