Those horizontal bars do not represent the same height for every char.

HUcast is the tallest, and FOnewearl is the shortest.

I'd say the tallest HUcast would be 2 meters tall.

Just base heights around 'If I was stood next to a really tall HUcast, I'd be this tall' sort of thing. I do that, because I know the basic height of a HUcast.
