Angel/Luck = +5
God/Ability = +20
God/Luck = +30
Yellow Ring = +25 per person near you wearing one
And some weapons...
Flowen's Sword = +5
God Hand = +5
L&K14 Combat = +10
Final Impact = +10
Heart of Poumn = +15
etc.
Slot units. Angel / Luck, and God / luck. Also the /ability raise some luck too....and there are weapons that raise your luck, like durandal.

God/Luck is your best bet. I've been wanting one for some time, but as so, no such luck. ^_~

For DC its: Master =10, God/Luck =10, God=20
I have 96 luck with everything equipped. Go to the V Hard Ruins for Luck.
Just remember that luck helps for your critical hits, not the monster drops (as many people think).
