What I like in the 1st is that we see the Chain Sawd better, but the angle on the animation on the second pic is better, it also gives a better view of the trail effect.

Don't let my insight disturb you, give me your opinion; you can even vote !

2nd! 1st is too ordinary

The first one gets my vote. Kefka looks more meaner in it to me.

better position :p and u can see more of the chain sawd animation :p

2nd because there is much more action!!!

The first gives a slightly better view of the weapon...the second out of frame. So I'd say #1.
