I hadnt heard of shadows fall. Downloaded some of their stuff, sounds pretty decent.

those bands i wound say are more heavey metal which is bascily metal and i think there are really good but my fav metal band is system of a down
I wouldn't say System of a Down were metal, rock if you ask me, but the toxicity album, and their song BYOB rock!!!

system of a down rock? keh, yeah right. they are definetely metal. they are just not heavy.
System Of A Down is metal...but sometimes they do not-heavy stuff, e.g their Legend Of Zelda song (comedy!

A good heavy track is Sugar from their first album. That kicks!
