the dark resist vs defence is up to the user more or less (i would like to point out i have 0 dark resistence, i just stay away from megid)

if i were you i would be super scared of megid level 30 because that thing is pretty hard to dodge.
no monsters can cast L30... if you meen in battle mode, i never do that anyway, to meny hackers with multi equiped TJS to be of any fun anyway
what do that sub boss Merikle cast on ultimate mode? that ball kills me in one hit. That is the only enemy that can do that. Dark Sorcerer casts something close to level 30.
that is megid, but not L30... and i said i stay away from it... its only hard to dodge if your right next to it, if your not you can see it comeing and move (im a fomar... i can melee or when i need stand back and cast techs)
Mericarol, Merikle and Mericus in Ultimate spit a one-hit kill attack, it is not Megid, it just kills you in one hit.
Same applies to Epsilon and Ill Gill's "purple attacks", they are not Megid, they just kill you in one hit.
Ob Lilies use a Lv 17 Megid offline, Lv 21 online.
Gran Sorcerer uses Lv 26 Megid in Ruins, 24 in Spaceship.
Deldepth uses Lv 23 Megid offline, Lv 27 online.
Mil Lilies have a random Lv Megid, it can go up to 30.
Del Lily uses Lv 30 Megid.

I really go for having high Dark resistance, I hate running around an dodging. So I have 73 Dark resistance, that stops mostly every megid.
I agree having high megid is good...but i like having 30 not 73.
