Hey, I was just wondering, is it possible for this to drop? I've heard some rumors about it, but I've never seen on, psoworld says it's a 12 star, and has images (which won't load at my PC)

It exists its just the drop rate is set to 0% so i will never drop. All ones online are hacks. Well thats what ive been told

it is hacked unless its possible to find something at a 0% drop rate
rounded down to the nearest anything alot of drops are 0% anyway, acording to evryone who decoded the game it is 0%, but i think they might have made it so a few 'rare' discs that can find them... i wonder if they are in red boxs?
i know a guy who found one after about 100+ runs in Seabeds offline. but he was extreamly lucky. :O
