I thought that it slowly restored only TP, thought i can't apreciate that well being a Newman Lv.126, but anyway, if it only restores tp, then why can Androids use it? Whatever that's not my question, I want to know what it really does... am i using it just beacause it's name sounds cool?

proto regen gear is the worst item in the game, even worse than a monomate, it does nothing
Actually, PRG minimally raises DFP and EVP. But it sucks anyway, so throw it away.
spirit garmet (frame) restores tp.
regen gear adv. (barrier) will restore some tp and hp when an attack is deflected.
regen gear (frame) slowly restores hp.
Regen Gear isnt a frame. I know, I got one from a Mil On Temple with my Skyly.

I would still want to obtain a rare and keep it in my bank, I am guessing this is 9 star material. I have a Force and Ranger Field in my bank, two frames which need to be worn in groups and I can't get online, I would keep it as I heard many people would rather sell it.
i found a proto regen gear last night, and i sold it. i ripped off that weapons dealer guy so bad. that thing isn't worth half a meseta
I found like 3 of them in the mines...i never even bothered picking up the last 2 i found. that item is.....garbage.
