Is Kenshin Hiura an anime character? The only Kenshin Himura I know of is a guy who used my message board in its hey-day (when I had the card game working well).
Anyway, on topic...

The only Daggers I have are S-Beats Blades and a pair of Kings Rippers with 50% Hit.
I expect S-Reds Blades and Lavis Blades are better though.
