I forgot who wrote you couldn't have a HU as a tech user, but, you can. I'm sure a very tweaked HUney could at least in the mid 100 range. Later on they gain more MST than ATP.

Yeah. Thanks. I don't think it would be smart for you nor anyone else to rely on a HUmars spellcasting, as their MST is pretty crappy, as well as their maximum level of techniques. Leave the spell casting to the big boys.
This is such a dumb question... train them all to the ultimate. I had 5 in ultimate, it's not such a big thing.
