TP mat raise maximum TP by 10 I think. Mind mats increase MIND by 2 and it seems to increase TP by 3 for some reason. It does for me.
It raise ur tp by 2 hehehe I'm sure I find one in ruins normal when I was lvl 20-23
hmmm... i am going to have to try find a TP mat or ask my friend if they have seen one. But I am pretty sure that you can not find them in normal gameplay.
