I'm sorry I sounded such.....but your previous post sounded like you believed I was trying to compete with DZ instead of ask his advice. I don't have to prove myself to anyone which sounded like you were saying I had to do........and besides I have neither a scanner nor a digital camera...

Teh EkwEE Wrote:Hey Deadly Zero how did you counteract the fading on your sharp lines? Your shading is excellent but your lines of........oh hell,........can't remeber the word........precision is the best I can describe at the moment, how did you keep your shading and your "precision lines" (still can't remember that damn word) together without interfering with oneanother........Your an artist I'm sure you know what I mean. The reason I was asking is because you and I have very similar art styles and I can't seem to ever be able to make my shading and precision lines to co-exist. They always interefere with one another. Any tips? (still can't think of that word Big Grin )

I've had lots of time I've been drawing since I was six. What leads do you use I just generally buy pencils in that generic drawing pack of 12. I use leads 4H-6F generally. And for your sixth tip boy don't I know that one........I SUX0RS at coloring. I always go abit overboard with shading. Thanks for the tips though. As soon as I have a digital camera I will post my pics.Big Grin
i just use bic lead pencils 5 mm to draw thin lines and 7 mm for lines a bit thicker and for my shading i use ebony pencil. they are expensive but so freaking good. i have drawn three more pics but i broke the camera.
I did not get pissed off at the thing and throw it across the room.

ok so i did but im getting a new one
