i've narrowed it down to purplenum or greenill what do you think? THANKS
I would say Greenill but Viridia is good too. And whitill finds both the handgun guld and the hangun milla.
Viridia and Greenil are good, with Greenil you can score an Inferno Bazooka from a Hard Al Rappy.
purplenum: they get all of the yasminkov series (pretty sure), alot of good mechguns and the: bringer's rifle, maser beam, baranz parts, anti-android rifle, frozen shooter, red scorpio, belra cannon, gi-gue bazooka, and (if you really want it) heaven's punisher (ult. mericarol, 1/12000ish)

Yes Purplenum is indeed the best Ranger ID, but it does not find Yasminkov 3000R.
Yasminkov 3000R is Greennill only
Yasminkov 9000M is Purplenum only
Whitill and Viridia are also excellent choices, but they are IDs less specific to rangers (which is good if you have several chars).

Indeed, I'd go with one of those two. I swear, though, my Purplenum seems to be finding the most rare monsters (he's found at least ten by now without piping, which is more than my other characters combined). The day I found four pairs of Twin Psychoguns was awesome (Hard Temple, Love Rappy)... still debating whether I should pipe another set for my HUnewearl (since I traded one away).
Indeed Purplenum is probably a better choice, but Greenil does get some easier drops. Like getting a guard wave off a pal rappy in ultimate.
I say greenill, drop rates aside, you can get the best armors and weapons (to a degree) with that I.D.
I seem to recall Greenill being a fairly decent Ranger ID. I'd go with that.
