see here is the problem everyone says to talk to dr.mntogulol what ever when I do he just keeps blabbing about elenor how do I get him to convert stuff into weopons

How many times has this question been asked? Seriously, theres a sticky topic which Kefka gave the link for. Why does nobody notice it? We need a giant sign saying: ENEMY PART CONVERSION STICKY: HERE!

You beat all the quests then go back to any certain one i think one is the secrete door he will be waiting near the teleporter talk to him when you have the certain item in your item oack and he will change it. there you go.

its probobly easier to complete all the offline quests first so you can redo them as many times as you like, once you've done that goto Dr osto's research and talk to Dr.m just to the right of the principal teleporter

the main thing is to complete Doc Secret Plan first

thanks done that now i wish i did the missions on v hard ruins and mines are way too hard lol.

actually you dont need to beat all the quests to unlock doc mon...you just need to beat these quests in this order.
Battle Training
-Claiming a Stake
-Magnitude of Metal
-Addicting Food
-The Lost Bride
-Secret Delivery
-The Graves Butler
-Doc's Secret Plan
-waterfall tears

after you do that in the quest Unsealed Door.
you will beable to talk to doc mon with out him going on about his droid.
