I've been training in the Caves since like lvl 86, should I be able to survive in the Mines or no? Because I hate the Caves cause of the Music, and how long it takes to get through it.
It really depends on your defense and ATP. Since gilchichs in the mines fall down less and have stronger arm lasers, they can completely trash a hunter without alot of HP or DEF. And unless you have an incredibly strong sword or mechguns with good HIT % it will be extremely difficult.
My suggestion would be to play Ult. Forest or Caves for a few more levels, and if you don't already have rare armor (like ones with lvl.100+ requirements) then find which creatures drop you some good armor and hunt them. And since you're REDRIA that shouldn't be a problem. After getting decent equipment, the mines will actually be possible.
well.. i have this armor called Spirit Garment, I got it from V.hard Gibbles
is that good enough or should i got hunt for lvl 100+ armor?
If you have a star amplifier you can combine it with the spirit garment and make it a brightness circle, lvl 111 requirement.
Like C.O. said, the spirit garment is a good start for a combination. If you combine it with a star amp you can make a brightness circle which is a good high lvl armor with a level requirement of around 111.
Another good idea would be using the pipe trick for nar lilies on vhard caves for easy god/body units.

. I want it at about level 98 or something (I think, Might've been 100 something), but I was only using metal bodies. You should be fine. Just bring lots of healing items (ie: dimates trimates and difluids for resta). Also, Bring a handgun and some trap vision, it'll help shoot down traps if you want
. Finally, the usual antiparalysis and sol atomizer.
I might has well try to get threw it. I dont think im going to make it to Vol Opt Ver.2 cause of those stupid Granz. I hate how they get stronger each time you hit them.
Vol Opt is a very hard boss to face at a low level. i think you can make do in the mines with that char. just beprepared to heal alot... ALOT
all i hope for is to beat Vol Opt!
