Does anyone know how to get Nei's Claw offline? I've checked a ton of sites, but they all say different things. If you know how to get it, please post. Thx.

Same drop rate as Yasha for Skyly from Indi Belra.

well even if we could get it offline i would never find it. i have bad luck in this game...
