do you actually know how much a % increases/decreases damage? becuase i was looking at some weapons with and without %'s and they weren't doing that much more with even a 50% bonus
% affect the weapon's ATP, so if your weapon has low ATP (mechgun, needle, etc.) % won't change damage much, but if the weapon has high ATP (melee weapons), you will see a difference more easily.
But well, IMO, % are only really useful on hit%
For % to be really useful, you would need over 60% on a weapon with 700 ATP or more, heh.
i have a justy with 15 percent on the hit...
i gained i beleive 30 more ATA than with my old justy...
it would only add 15 more ata, not 30. 1 hit%= 1 extra ata
so if you had a 100 atp weapon with a 50 native, it would do 150 atp to boomas, but only the regular 100 to evil sharks? interesting...
