Hello my friends I have been gone for awhile....... I have basically quit pso, I have finally realized it's pointless to play..... Unless of course you only ever play offline...... I all started about month ago. I was online and some1 came and froze the game so my only option was to turn it off. When logging back on to re-coop my losses I saw something...... EVERYTHING IN MY INV AND BANK WAS GONE. At this point I vowed never to play pso ever again. I am just saying if one person could completely destroy what I had worked for for over 200 hours in one second the game has become completly pointless. I only hope you guys will realize this in a non-painful way. Not how I did. I am never going to post on this site ever again or even look at the responses on this thread. So insulting me or anything of the sort will be completely pointless. I will take my leave and hope that will soon realize what I have.

P.S.- I never had any intentions of having legit guys, If you ask me being legit is totally gay.
This happened to me once, and I did the exact same thing you did. I never fully recovered from it, but I've become a hacker (Offline, of course) now, and am Modifying my new files to have max stats, Elenor Mags, and God/Equip. It's pretty fun. You should try it on yourself, but Never Ever try to hurt someone with its power.
I know you can't read this but if you were cheating anyway you had it coming. (also, if you weren't legit, you could just hack more stuff)
Well it's unfortunate to hear but there's that old saying: "If you fall off the horse get back on and try again." But I guess in this case someone pushed you off the horse, but even so...quitting isn't going to solve much. But whatever makes ya happy is really up to you...so if you can stop playing with no regrets then there's nothing anyone can do or say to sway your decision. Hopefully we'll see him again when Phantasy Star Universe comes out?
If you quit forever because of merely losing items or a character... then you are weak willed! Prove yourself! Start anew! Become worthy! Prove your strength, and be rewarded...

Maybe you're bored because you've hacked all the rare weapons you wanted. Taken away the effort which drives legit players onwards.
though I am normally in disagreement with you, you speak wise words Ria! The whole point of RPG's is to create a character and attain power through work!
It is the same with D&D. If a Dungeon Master (Heh) is too generous with magical items of great power, the players get bored REALLY QUICKLY...
Then again, if an RPG is too hard, players get tired of it also...balance is needed...
Perhaps the quitter cannot hack it. (No pun intended) PSO IS a tough game...
If you think, it must me hard making a game exciting and challenging at once...

*nods* Indeed if you hacked then you had it coming and quitting is for the weak..........I lost a 127 HUney which had over 2100 hours on her and what did I do.....First I grieved,2000 hours is alot, then I started a new now I have 3 characters in Ult, 1 in V-h, and several other normal characters.....just try, again......
i totally agree with some of you.. but on the other hand, i see where FiledOne is coming from. i dont play ne more cuz i got corrupted adn just dont get a spark from playing pso ne more like i used too.. im sure it will come back and ill be dedicated to it again. not sure when though :'(
