how to get that item if you are a bluefull of grennill?
do you mean how do you get it? well you have to do challenge mode and if you complte it under a certin time (7hrs) then you get to pick out of some weapons and you also get to name them, so i guess thats what pelza12 did. or sopmeone droped a duped one most likly. you also have to do it online to name them. there is offline challenge mode but you get crappier weapons and you cant name them.

found it, because you didn't. You either got a duped copy or duped it yourself. Which is fine, but you gotta say so (for clarification).
Fact of PSO: No one in their sane mind would sell/trade/give an S rank away
