Airing on TBS in Japan is the eagerly awaited for Aa! Megami-sama! TV series. And for those of you with the patience to wait several hours downloading off of bittorrent then you're in for a treat! The fansubbing group Solar has done a great job with fansubbing the first two episodes.

The artwork is fantastic, crisp, clean, and clear right down to the hole Belldandy makes in the Nekomi men's dorm roof. Said hole isn't seen in the five OVA episodes from AnimEigo, but its seen in the manga.

The story so far follows the manga, but fills in a bit more on Keiichi's life in the first episode up to where he meets Belldandy for the first time. And does have some extra meanderings in the second episode after K1 and Belldandy get thrown out of the men's dorm. ^^

Now the best part... the Goddess Family Club returns to do the voices, the same voice actors and actresses as in the movie. So we have the voices we've come to know and love from the AMG series.

http://a.scarywater.net is the best place to download the TV series from, Just look for AonE or Solar on the list and you'll find the links to download. ^^
So are the new episode's actually brand new or just additions to the others? I really like the old OVAs but there were so few and they cut out almost all the characters from the manga. The movie on the other hand was wonderful...except for the fact that characters just randomly sprung up that weren't in the OVAs which confused those who hadn't actually read the mangas. But Mini-Goddesses is still my favorite Oh! My Goddess series, the humor is priceless!

I think I'll be downloading this one very soon before the curiousity overtakes me.
The new episodes closely follow the manga in terms of the storyline, with a few little extras such as Hasegawa getting fed up with K1 and Belldandy asking for a place to stay for the night. Darn Ultimate Force system...

The opening animation shows nearly every main character in the series up to Marller, so we can hope to expect some action with her later in the series.
This is the Anime where they had some American actress do the singing right? Jennifer love Hewitt, or am I confused???:S
jennifer love hewitt sings..?
Yes I'm pretty sure I saw a commercial for this on Techtv a while back and I'm pretty sure it said "featuring the voic of Jennifer Love Hewitt" and I remeber this cause' it was a blonde anime girl singing and I thought much as you Vincent...."Jennifer Love Hewitt sings?" but it was for a DVD box set that I thought looked okay. It said also she was an angel looking for love or something like that. But I'm pretty sure this is the same series.:S :S :S :S :S
Unfortunately Ekwee, there is no blonde character that is even in AH! My Goddess and the only singing done in the show is briefly done by the main character who has long, brown hair. But even then, she only sings in the movie for like 10 seconds and doesn't sing at all in the show. Plus on top of that, Ah! My Goddess is only two DVD's long and has never had a DVD box set produced. So I'm afraid you're mistaken...
Looks like Media Blasters (UGH!!) picked up the rights to the AMG TV series. However no offical information can be found on their site.
