Well if he does not have online (or PSO+), he cannot.
And my info is always accurate, for two reasons:
-it comes from the game data
-when I don't know something, I don't post

Deldepth is only found in Seabed.
Deldepth also only appears in Seabed Upper Levels, so you might wanna stop after that.

Not in regular Seabed, in some quests, yes, like Phantasmal World #3.
Eh? I'm sure I've seen those, too. I remember getting slapped a few rooms before fighting Olga Flow...
I can assure you they do not appear in lower levels, whether online or offline, without sounding haughty, this is common knowledge.
On the other hand, Morfos does not appear in upper levels; once again, in regular seabed (on or offline).
